[smoothie:2-3 handfuls kale, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup mangos, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries, 1 Orange]

[topped with 10 blackberries, 2 Tbls chia seeds, 1/4 cup CocoNut Granola, 2 Tbls flaxseed]
