Chia Seed Pudding


I got this quick and easy morning breaky recipe from the incredible Rachel Brathen, she is my favorite yogi! I’m actually going to a yoga event in January with her and cannot wait for her to impart some wisdom and positivity ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
Throw some chia seeds in mason jar [3T chia seeds], add some coconut or almond milk [3x as much chia seeds] let sit in the fridge for an hour or so then add your favorite toppings [fruit in the morning or as I did here dark chocolate chips, bananas and cashews]
