White Chicken Chili

Shout out to my roomie Nicki for this delicious master piece. She is the queen of fall soups so I had to post this treat on here. It’s pretty easy and a great way to warm up in the winter or fall♥

Ingredients:

4 c chicken broth

1 jar Trader Joes salsa verde

1 can of great white northern beans

1 jalapeño

1 package of chicken breast tenders

1/2 t cumin

1 avocado

Plain Greek yogurt

Cilantro

[Yields 5 servings

1 serving 230 cal, 2.4 g of fat, 21g of carbs, 26.8 g of protein]

Directions:

Boil the chicken, shred with fork. Add all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, simmer for 5-15 min. Garnish with a T of plain Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro and salt and pepper!
