Amy’s Burritos

This is a great burrito if you are on the go! You can find it at most grocery stores in the freezer isle, in the health section. There are many different kinds including, tofu, beans and rice, etc. I just put it in the microwave for 1:30 min flip it and then another 1:30 or in the oven for 25 min (Follow instructions on package). I usually wrap it in a paper towel and eat it in class or in the car! And Amy’s line of products aren’t that bad for you!

Homemade Hawaiian Pizza

Home made pizza from my favorite lady Maria Emmerich! I just got her book The Art of Healthy Eating! I doubled the recipe so there were about 10 pieces of pizza.

Ingredients
2/3 c almond flour

2/3 c whey protein

2/3 c Parmesan cheese

1 T Celtic Sea Salt

1/2 small pineapple

Fried up Canadian bacon

Fresh mozzerella cheese

Pesto sun dried tomato sauce

Water (just enough to hold the dough together)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Sift all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add in water, 1 TBS at a time until dough can hold a ball shape. Grease a pie pan. With wet fingers, push the dough to cover the pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with no sugar marinara sauce, your favorite pizza toppings and mozzerella. Place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yum!
