My mom made this incredible salad for lunch today! It has all my most favorite foods and was so yummy! I didn’t feel hungry for awhile after too, even though it does not look like a lot of food it was perfect!
cilantro dressing2 T Cranberries
1 1/2 C Spinach
1 1/2 C Romaine lettuce
3 chopped Carrots
1 T of Asiago Cheese
1 small Tomato
6 pods of Edamame
1/4 C Broccoli
1 T of Reduced Fat Cilantro Dressing from Trader Joe’s
Throw all the ingredients together and enjoy
In need of a quick and healthy lunch! I always turn to a wrap! I use Ezekiel wraps, avocado, homemade salsa from my Grandpa’s garden, spinach, a little cream cheese, organic cheese and of course on the side Beanito chips!! Beanitos come in so many flavors, they are sooooo unbelievably good and good for you!
